I was never really that interested in fairy tales as a child. Of course, I saw all the Disney versions, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I enjoyed the films. Now as an adult, I find the original folk tales much more fascinating. Find out why and see if your curiosity is piqued as well by reading In a Nutshell.

I have great respect for the Chinese, their culture and history. Feng shui is one of their philosophies that has become popular in the last few years. This art shows you how to create balance and harmony in your life. You’ll learn more from In a Nutshell.

After your home is in balance, visit Treehouse Games and see if you know who said what by matching the quotes to the speakers. Then in Treehouse Trivia you can learn the origins of April Fool’s Day, which is on April 1st.

One of my favourite parts of Easter as a child was following the clues left all over the house by my mother that led me to my Easter Egg chocolate. The Bank holiday is later than it has been for the past few years. We will celebrate on April 20th.
